Appointment Confirmation: Please note, your appointment is confirmed only when you receive an email confirmation. Only one reservations can be made for each online booking. Appointment requests are processed in the order of which it is received. If you are booking during off-hours, expect a delay. Your request for an appointment will be processed during our normal hours of operation.
Appointment Policy: As of January 11, 2016, we require a 2-hour notice for rescheduling appointments. Reservations cancelled without the benefit of a 2-hour notice will incur a $5 flat fee. No-show reservations will be charged a $10 flat fee. Please arrive early to ensure you receive your full service. We kindly ask you to contact us right away if you are running late. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, there is a possibility your service will be shorten. Please keep in mind, your appointment may be rescheduled if you arrive past 10 minutes of your appointment time. This new policy will help our staff to better serve you during your visit.
